Our goal is to make early Autism diagnosis and therapy services available to as many families as possible. We work with all major private insurance carriers as well as MaineCare to ensure that care is equally accessible to children in our community.

Program Eligibility
Heartleaf is a center-based, early intervention program for children on the Autism Spectrum. Because our program focuses on early life skills and school preparation, we work specifically with children under the age of 6.
To enroll in ABA, Speech, Occupation or Social Skills therapies children should be under age 6 (i.e. not currently enrolled in full-day kindergarten or first grade) and have an ASD diagnosis.
For diagnostic appointments, we are currently ADOS-2 certified to provide Autism testing for children under age 6. We do not currently offer adult testing services.
