All of our employees are paid top-of-market for their roles. This means that if average pay increases, so does your hourly rate. Your pay rate will never decrease if the top market rate goes down.

Financial Wellness Initiatives
Top of Market Pay Rate: Each employee at Heartleaf is paid the highest rate for their role. For example, if the average hourly rate for RBTs in Bangor is between $15-$20/hour, our RBTs will be paid $20/hour. If that average rate increases to $25/hour we increase wages to meet that rate. Wages are never reduced if the to-of-market rate decreases.
Happiness Fund: We invest in our employee’s happiness. Members of our team receive an annual fund that can be utilized at any time. There are no restrictions on how this fund can be used. The only requirement is that if you do something cool, you send in photos so we can all live vicariously.
Profit Sharing Bonuses: We believe that when our Center succeeds our employees should be rewarded. Instead of a traditional bonus structure where payouts are offered to a single team or individual, we utilize a profit-sharing model. When the Center meets quarterly goals, every member of our team receives a piece of the pie.
Mental Wellness Initiatives
Mental Health Days: Staff members in good standing and employed at Heartleaf for at least 90 days receive one paid mental health day per quarter.
Friday Team Lunches: Friday should be a day to celebrate all we’ve accomplished through the week. And, what better way to do this than with lunch? It’s just one of the ways we choose to show our appreciation for all you do.
