Who We Are.

In 2021, we launched our first program with the goal of bringing center-based, early-intervention ABA therapy to families in Bangor and the surrounding region. Since opening our doors, we’ve grown to offer onsite SLP and OT through our partnership with Maine CDS, expanded our network with a second early-intervention center in Augusta, and introduced in-home therapy services for families in Portland.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Augusta

Starting Salary: $80,000 annually

Schedule: Full-time | Location: Onsite

Role Requirements

  • Master’s degree
  • Board certification from the BACB
  • 1 year clinical experience (preferred)
  • Early-intervention experience (preferred)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Portland

Starting Rate: $36.06 – $38.46/hr

Schedule: Part-time | Location: Hybrid

Role Requirements

  • Master’s degree
  • Board certification from the BACB
  • 1 year clinical experience (preferred)
  • Travel up to 25%

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Bangor and Augusta

Starting Rate: $20 – $22/hr + Paid training

Schedule: Full-time | Location: Onsite

Role Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • RBT & BHP certification (preferred)
  • 1 year clinical experience (preferred)
