Financial Wellness Initiatives

Top of Market Pay Rate: Each employee at Heartleaf is paid the highest rate for their role. For example, if the average hourly rate for RBTs in Bangor is between $15-$20/hour, our RBTs will be paid $20/hour. If that average rate increases to $25/hour we increase wages to meet that rate. Wages are never reduced if the to-of-market rate decreases.

Wellness Initiatives

Quarterly Wellness Days: Staff members in good standing and employed at Heartleaf for at least 90 days receive one paid mental health day per quarter in addition to 80 hours of PTO and 7 national holidays.

Employee Feedback Portal: Most people spend between 20-40 hours at work each week. Why not be happy while you’re there? While we can’t promise every day will be a walk on the beach, we can promise that we’ll listen if you have ideas to improve our work environment.
